Yummy Enchiladas







Okay, My turn for a good recipe. This is so easy
Brown 1 pound of ground beef or chicken
Turn the burner to medium low and pour in one can of Tomato soup and one can of enchilada sauce. Mix
(depending on how many your making) grease a 9x13 casserole dish
Taking floured tortillas pour meat mixture in the center of each tortilla
Add shredded cheddar cheese to each shell then roll up and put in dish
pour extra meat mixture on top of all the shells and cover
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Bake for 20 minutes
Uncover and put a ton of shredded cheese on top and bake (uncovered) for 5 more minutes.
Then eat up with yellow rice (Vigo is the best)
You can add anything to it, olives, peppers, sour cream.
